Valéria brings over 15 years of professional experience, she is a partner at Weplace, where she leads the search and selection of executives for top management positions in the Life Sciences and Healthcare segment.
Prior to Weplace, Valéria was Vice President & Partner at Fesa, having worked for 5 years in search and executive projects for Pharmaceutical Industries, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Hospitals, and Consumer Goods.
Valéria began her career in the cosmetics industry, in the area of quality, processes and research & development of new products. Valéria has been working in Executive Search since 2007, where she has been responsible for business development and conducting searches for Engineering & Manufacturing. In this period, she has led projects for various sectors of the economy, including Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Automotive, Capital Goods, for multinationals and large national family groups.
Valéria graduated in Industrial Chemistry from Oswaldo Cruz College. She holds a specialization in Business Administration from ISE / IESE and an MBA in Marketing from FGV. She is fluent in English and speaks advanced French.
