Associate at Weplace, Mariana works with a focus on strategic projects aligned with the human capital theme, including assessments, organizational structure and HR subsystems, among others.
She started her career in 2010 working in human capital boutiques such as Quanta Selectia, Fantozzi & Associates, W/Pharma and Avante Consulting, where she led Executive Search and Market Mapping projects for different sectors. She worked at Odgers Berndtson as a Researcher and then moved to Assessment, where she took on the position of Specialist.
Mariana holds a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário FMU, with an Extension in Neuropsychology from COGEAE (PUC-SP) and certification in the tools: Personal Development Analysis (PDA), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step II and Hogan. She has intermediate fluency in English.
