She started her career in 2005, as a Tax Consultant, coordinating several tax projects at Focus Tributos, later working at Anglo American as Tax Coordinator, at Betunel as Tax Manager and at Globo’s Shared Services Center, as Executive Tax Supervisor.

Manuella graduated in Law, trained as an Ontological Coach and Trained in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Mindfulness by the Search Inside Yourself Methodology (Google Methodology), Chief Happiness Officer, holds an MBA in Tax Management from FGV and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Mindfulness at PUC-PR. She is fluent in English.
