Lucas has over a decade of experience in Human Capital consulting firms. He is the Partner responsible for the IT and Digital pratices.
He started his career at Page Group where he focused mainly on companies during their digital transformation phases, both in Brazil and in the USA.
Before joining Weplace, he worked at Woke Consulting firm, having been one of the first Partners, a firm where he was a part of from its startup until it consolidated it’s operation.
He has an undergraduate Law degree from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo. He is fluent in English.
