Since 2013 in HR consulting, starting his career at Page Group as a Business Development Consultant serving international companies that were opening offices in Brazil.
He joined Allis as National Sales and Operations Coordinator, responsible for generating business for the company’s three divisions, responsible for winning important accounts, and for strong networking in the retail market. He worked at Prudential as Sales Manager – Life.
Since 2018, he was at Korn Ferry as the Leading Managing Consultant of Consumer Goods and Retail Practice for the Professional division.
Herick holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and Economics from the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, extension in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from Franklin Covey Institute at the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, and Certification in Professional Life Coach from SLAC Coaching. He is fluent English.
