Daniela has over 20 years of experience, she is a director at Weplace. She operates in the Infrastructure, Capital Goods and Base Industry segments leading projects for the search and selection of executives for middle and top management, as well as consulting projects in Human Capital Management.
Prior to Weplace, Daniela worked at Amrop-Panelli Motta Cabrera, responsible for hiring executives at a senior management level, covering different cultures and scenarios involving several segments of the corporate market, especially for family groups in governance structuring.
Daniela began her career at KPMG as a Trainee, acquiring experience in the areas of Accounting Audit, Strategic Consulting and Executive Search.
Daniela holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University and a postgraduate in Marketing from ESPM. She is fluent in English.
