Researcher at Weplace, Daniela is focused on strategic projects aligned to strategic human capital projects, including assessments, organizational structure, search and executive search, among others.
She began her career in 2014 as Assistant Supervisor in the administrative and commercial area at Natura Cosméticos. In 2019 she went to Gigot Cosmetics as Sales Manager where she worked until 2021. In the same year Daniela went to the HR area as Coordination Assistant.
At Burlington English, she served as Sales Supervisor.
Since 2021, she has been working in the HR area as a Researcher, participating together with Partners in conducting Executive Search projects for middle and upper management, Directors and Presidents.
She studied English at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
Daniela is a student of International Relations and has an International Certificate in Marketing and Advertising from Universidad Siglo 21
She is native in Spanish and fluent in Portuguese and English.
