Associate at Weplace, Cíntia is focused on strategic projects aligned with to human capital strategic solutions, including assessments, organizational structure, compensation, leadership development and digital solutions, among others.
Working with Organizational and People Management since 2010, she took over as area manager, strategic partner and consultant in a family businesses, law firm and later, international consultancy.
As coordinator of Kienbaum Brasil’s platform and digital solutions, she was responsible for all product scopes and assessments linked to the holding’s offices, from the preparation, creation and standardization, training to project management.
Cíntia has a degree in Business Administration, training as a Coach by ABRACOACH and a postgraduate degree in Business Process Management at PUC Minas.
She has intermediate level English fluency.
