Her professional journey began in Financial Services, in Banco Santander, and from 2012 she started working for human capital consultancies where she led projects for Financial Services, Healthcare, Engineer, FMCG, Retail and Tech sectors.
Between 2016 and 2019 she had a corporate experience at British American Tobacco, within the Trade Marketing division. Subsquently, she returned to Executive Search boutiques such as Heidrick & Struggles and Wyser. Camila holds a degree in International Affairs with emphasis in Marketing and Business from ESPM. She is fluent in English.
