Camila has 20 years of experience in Executive Search and Human Resources. She is a Partner of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practices at Weplace and accumulates the role of CHRH.
She started her career at Stanton Chase International serving clients in the Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications and Consumer Goods sectors. Later, she joined Fesa where she worked on several fronts, first as Head of Research and Partner of the IT & Telecom practices. She assumed the Group’s HR and Brand Director role, where she participated in the expansion project, having worked in talent attraction and training, multidisciplinary team formation, assessments and organizational culture projects.
Before joining Weplace, she worked at Skintec, a Brazilian medical equipment company, where she was responsible for implementing the HR and Internal Communication areas.
She has a degree in Psychology from FMU and a Specialization in Psychological in Neuropsychological Assessment from USP. She is fluent in English.
