Following nearly 20 years of experience in human capital consulting, Aline founded Weplace in 2014 and has since led the firm’s commercial and execution efforts in different sectors, with a primary focus on Industrial, Infrastructure, and Energy ones, across both leadership consulting as well as C-level executive search projects.
Prior to starting Weplace, Aline was a Managing Partner at the Fesap Group, holding off the companies Fesa, Asap Recruiters, and Fesa Advisory, where she spent a total of 16 years, a period during which she developed and conducted multidisciplinary projects for clients across the Technology, Infrastructure, Consumer Goods and Services sectors. While several of her clients were large, listed companies, Aline also developed the acumen and rapport to establish a well-sized client base across mid-sized, family-owned companies.
Early in her career, and before moving over to the consulting world, Aline spent 4 years at Banco Real (later acquired by ABN Amro), one of Brazil’s leading financial institutions then, where she served as a Corporate Business Manager, overseeing the bank’s commercial relationship with mid-sized and large companies across several different sectors.
Aline has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora and a postgraduate degree in Marketing, with specialization courses in Business Management from Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Management. Currently, she is enrolled in the ABPW – Advanced Boardroom Program for Women at Saint Paul Business School. Aline is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in English.
