With a degree in business administration, he focused his training on the subjects of the public administration course. 10 years after graduation, he earned a master’s degree in political science.

He chose the beginning of his career because of his curiosity to see a recognizably different culture working in practice. Created companies in the area of ​​market intelligence to help corporations design and make decisions, especially after the telecommunications privatization process in Brazil.

He was a consultant in organizational culture at Walking The Talk in 2014, having become responsible for Brazilian operations from 2016 to 2019, during which time he worked directly or indirectly on some of the main organizational culture management projects in Brazil.

As an airplane pilot, he has been dedicated for over 10 years to the theme of culture for operational safety and has co-authored the first and only book on the subject published in Brazil. He was an advisor to ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency), is a member of the Brazilian General Aviation Safety Group and chairs the Brazilian Chapter Council of the Aircraft Pilots and Owners Association (AOPA).
