Eduardo is a partner at Weplace, active in Human Capital Management, strategic consulting and the human capital consulting market since 2003.
Between 2014 and 2016, he worked as a partner at Fesa Advisory, focused on human capital strategy, being responsible for Organizational Structure, Organizational Diagnostics, Strategic Compensation and Profiles Analysis.
Prior to Weplace, Eduardo worked at Dextron, Strategy and Organization Consultancy, where he had the opportunity to develop strategic projects for family and public companies, national and multinational.
He began his career at Think Consulting Business, in the Business Intelligence area.
Eduardo brings expertise on projects in corporate governance, strategic planning for companies in diverse sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, banking, chemical, construction and infrastructure, agribusiness and telecommunications.
He holds a Business Administration degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with an Executive MBA in Finance from Insper. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
